Andrew Vitek is an Assistant Teaching Professor and the Director of the Counterterrorism Option in the M.P.S. Homeland Security program at Penn State University. He earned his Ph.D. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany, specializing in Comparative Politics and Public Policy. Vitek holds a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from McGill University and an M.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany.
